These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of
jmaccarcare.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by J MAC RADIATOR SERVICE, operating as J-Mac Complete Car Care ("J-Mac," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Website Information
The Site provides general information about J-Mac, our locations, automotive services, promotions, financing options, warranties, and appointment availability. We try to keep this information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every description, price, promotion, date, or other item will always be complete or error-free.
Website content is for general informational purposes and is not a vehicle diagnosis, safety inspection, repair estimate, or professional recommendation for a particular vehicle. If you believe your vehicle may be unsafe to operate, stop driving when it is safe to do so and seek appropriate assistance.
2. Appointments and Service Transactions
Submitting an appointment or contact form is a request only. An appointment is confirmed when J-Mac accepts or confirms the request.
Using the Site or submitting a form does not authorize vehicle inspection, diagnosis, repairs, or charges. Vehicle services are governed by the estimate, repair authorization, invoice, warranty, financing agreement, or other transaction-specific document provided to you, as applicable. If one of those documents conflicts with these Website Terms regarding a vehicle service, the transaction-specific document controls.
3. Communications
When you provide contact information, we may contact you about your inquiry, appointment, vehicle, or requested service.
If you separately consent to promotional text messages, we may also send offers, service reminders, seasonal promotions, or other marketing messages. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of automated text messages by replying STOP or by using another reasonable method. Reply HELP for help.

4. Promotions, Financing, and Warranty Information
Promotions, coupons, and special offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, and other conditions stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
Financing is offered through third-party providers, subject to their approval and terms. J-Mac does not guarantee financing approval or terms.
J-Mac advertises a 2-year/24,000-mile limited repair warranty, whichever occurs first, on eligible repairs. Eligibility, coverage, exclusions, remedies, and claim procedures are governed by the complete Limited Repair Warranty made available for the applicable repair. General statements on the Site are summaries and do not expand or replace the written warranty.
5. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to or embed services provided by third parties, including appointment, payment, financing, mapping, review, social-media, analytics, or accessibility providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to J-Mac and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without prior permission, except as allowed by law.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- use the Site for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- interfere with the Site's operation or security;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or information;
- introduce malicious code or harmful material;
- impersonate another person or provide intentionally false information; or
- use automated methods to burden or extract data from the Site except as permitted by law.
8. Website Availability and Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These website disclaimers do not replace or limit the terms of an applicable repair authorization or written warranty.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J-Mac will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from your use of or inability to use the Site.
This limitation applies only to the Site. It does not limit responsibility for vehicle services, personal injury, property damage, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Privacy
Our
Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Severability
Utah law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes concerning the Site may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the "Last updated" date. Changes do not retroactively modify an estimate, repair authorization, invoice, warranty, or other agreement already accepted.
